hi...you are suffering from sinusitis and deviated nasal septum (DNS). this DNS has let to blockage of Eustachian tube(which connects nose and middle ear) causing dysfunction and negative pressure in middle ear causing retaction of the ear drum.it has also lead to blockage of osteomeatal complex impeding sinus drainage and subsequently causing sinusitis.you should do the following:
1. do valsalva as many times as possible (pinch nostrils and blow your cheeks with mouth closed)
2.take as much steam inhalation as possible
3. instill xylometazoline nose drops 2 drops three times per day if you are non hypertensive for a week.
4.eat chewing gums
all this will relieve blockage of Eustachian tube and it will open leading to ventilation of middle ear. however for permanent cure you should get your septum corrected with surgery(septoplasty). don't worry this hearing loss might be due to constant negative pressure which must have led to adhesive otitis media. you might need an ear surgery if that is so.dont worry this type of hearing loss is not permanent. it can be corrected. just follow the instructions and try relieving the Eustachian tube dysfunction.
