Suggest Treatment For Sinus Infection,headache And Fever

thought i had a sinus infection, stuffy head, dull headache in forehead above eyes, tired and fever around 100 at some points. But never had fever and chills associated with sinus before, I suffer from them often. Last time i felt like this I was admitted to ER for ecoli in my kidneys, yet urine is light color and I have no back pain

Well come to HCM
This could be best treated with Tab Acetaminophen and Ibuprofen, Tab Loratidine with pseudoephedrine three times in day if this is sinusitis, drink more water, this is least concern with the Ecoli no need to worry about this, take care.
