Suggest Treatment For Sinusitis With Hypertrophy Of Turbinates

Hi! I have sinusitis with DNS and mild hypertrophy of turbinates. I keep smelling bad in my nose. I was treated for pus in my sinus left side and now again I have same symptoms. This problem started since 5 months only.can surgery help me? or its better with medications?

Hello,

It may be due to chronic sinusitis.

For that you may apply nasal saline drops locally.

You may require complete hemogram, sinus x ray after ENT consultation.

Continue steam inhalation.

Watch for symptoms fever, breathing problem.

Use humidifier
