my uncle has been suffreing from skin cancer, after suregery lfet thumb in lag, and leg node, he was again suffer from cancer and found tumor in brain and lunges, after raditherpay of brain , brin is clear, and afer surery of lungs , he have not any tumor in body,

There are many different types of skin cancer. Melanoma is the third most common form of skin cancer, and can metastasize--spread to other organs. Tumors that are around or under the nail can be quite aggressive.
There are some newer treatments that are available that can extend survival rates. I recommend that you find an Oncologist who specializes in the type of cancer that he has.
