Suggest Treatment For Skin Eczema

Hi,my 4yr old has eczema I have tried everything his ob has recommended,to no avail. Are there any other treatments you could suggest? We have tried every cream,lotion,&bath solution with the name eczema on it,also tried limiting bathing to every other day. I would appreciate any other ideas. Thank you.
