Suggest Treatment For Skin Exzema

My 3 yr old grand daughter has v bad eczema. Almost her whole body looks 'scalded'. Is a strange situation…she scratches mainly in the early evening (just before meal times) and will continue scratching till about 11pm each night. Her sleeping area will be filled with scratched skin. She has been found to be v allergic to diary and gluten. Almost every brand of cream has been applied, steroid is applied on bad days. She reddens with it. Only the occasional bath (quick throw of water over her body) is given, about 3 times a day. Her body feels hot all the time.

Its really a very miserable condition of such a small child of age 3 years having a v.bad condition of Eczema,which must be a very much irritating one , here is my advise for a such eczematous disease to treat her with anti allergic and anti pruritic medicines such as corticosteroid, anti allergic and antibiotic cream for long time and apply three to four times daily and simultaneously give her oral medications regularly after taking proper guidance by Skin specialist near by you.But do not discontinue treatment after getting response of medicines in few days, you must continue the treatment for long time that is more than 6 months or a year.Hope you will get good response and will be treated well. Good luck and take care.
