Suggest Treatment For Skin Lesions

I have many skin lesions, mostly on my legs and arms, some on my face. As a former psych nurse, I know about delusional skin disorders and have been very tough on myself and have had my husband monitor my behavior in regards to scratching, that sort of thing. So I m gonna put myself out there again, and tell you, I have parasites under my skin. They do not itch or feel crawly , but rather, they hurt. I ve seen tapeworm heads with the accompaning segments that are only about 1/2 an inch wide, but 10 or more I ches long. Other things are round worms that occasionally get to the upper layers of skin and very thin white/off-white things. Etc. I have used tweezers to grab these offenders, and some have ended up having an inch or two unfer the skin. Also noted, are fungal looking strands that grow back immediately after being washed off. These come out from vreases in my skin. The dermatologists I have seen do not look at these wounds, but immediately want to give me Orap. Besides being accused of scratching, I ve also been accused of mking these marks on my skin intensionally
