Suggest Treatment For Skin Rash And Vomiting In A Child

My 2 year old daughter woke up this morning with about 5 welt looking lines on her back, from her lower back going up her back. These then went away and I noticed a patch on her l shoulderblade. It was an oval about 10m across with the same red line outlining it and raised like a mosquito bite in the middle. It then expanded and there were mosquito bite looking bumps going from it up her neck. It has now moved to the tops of her arms and across the top of her back. I have not idea what it is and am a bit. Nervous. This week she has had a runnt tummy and vomited twice, I didn t stress about it because she is cyutting 2nd molars and was the same with her last 1... Please help, don t know what to do!
