Hi!! I have gone through your complaints and I don't think it is allergy. It can be measles or any other viral exanthem. I would recommend you to take your baby to the doctor and and get him evaluated properly and for the time being you can give your child calpol and allegex. No need to give ibugesic as it is only a pain killer.
