Suggest Treatment For Skin Ulcer On The Stomach

Hi dr. rynne I have a question I have been being treated for a skin ulcer on my lower right stomach for at least 10 months now and recently had surgery to close the wounds and as of last week they have came back open when my staples were removed now my doctor doesn't really know what to do for me except let them try to heal on their on again ive been on all kinds of topical meds and nothing has worked I need help with some ideas

What the history given here suggested this could be non healing ulcer if this is true then plastic surgery would be the option here, ( If and only this is superficial wound up to the skin deep) ideally in this case without the clinical observation and complete case history, nothing can be said for sure, nature of the wound also matter great, hope this information helps, take care, have a nice day.
