Suggest Treatment For Sleeplessness And Cramps In The Hands And Legs

hi my mother who has traveled from india to florida had jet lag and diarrhea for 3 days now her diarrhea has stopped but is very weak... she complin that she is not getting sleep even when she is sleepy and have cramps in her hands and legs and also feels extremely thirsty

Hello. I just saw your query.
I think your mother has got dehydrated because of loose motions she suffered from.
Now you need to keep her hydrated not only with water but with her ORS or electral powder. Give her fresh fruits juice specially fruits rich in vitamin C.
Give her Cranberry juice.
Give her green vegetables to eat.
If possible giver her light massage on her arms and legs.
Any good multivitamins if you have.
Give her a glass full of warm milk at night time befire going to bed. Milk acts an mild sedative. It will help her in sleep.
