Suggest Treatment For Sleeplessness In An Autistic Child

my grandson is 10 and has adhd ashbergers and altisum,, he cant sleep so we are trying clonidine and it is not working, he is still up at 12 midnight, so we are told to use melatonin timed relases 3 mg with it,, is this ok.. im scared,, he has reactions to benedryl and last time we tried this med it made him go off the wall.

Melatonin is a very safe medicine, it is used for sleeplessness, in an autistic child. It can be used long-term without observed side effects, I believe, it aids your grandson in sleeping.
