Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear patient
You have got arthritis of hand joints and this has no relation to circulation. This happens due to inflammatory reaction to synovium of joints especially small joints which leads to joint destruction and deformities. This needs to be investigated with Xray of both hands anteroposterior and lateral views. Visit radiology center nearby you and get it done. You need to consult expert rheumatologist with Xray report. All the best.
