Suggest Treatment For Small Cut On Upper Lip

Hi my 19 month son tripped, fell and hit his face of the pavement. His mouth bled for about 5 mins but I was able to stop the bleeding with cool water. He has a small cut on his upper lip. I felt his teeth and none feel loose to me. Should I be concerned?
