Suggest Treatment For Small Red Spots On Right Arm

Hello, I am experiencing dermal and nerve condition that i believe are related. I have been experiencing numbness in my right side hand on my Right Pinky Finger and Right Ring Finger in particular, My right hand is also experiencing a warmth in it, Not a burning. It is about the best way i can describe it, Not painful for now. The warmth is on the palm side of the hand all along the bottom. and a very slight burning on the top tendon area center of the top of the hand. As well as a mild occasional shaking in my left hand. (No numbness) Small red spots have been appearing on my right arm primarily, A redish type of color (Non angry looking) I would venture to say from the looks of it up close its almost appears that they are tiny bleeding spots in my sub dermal as they don t raise up above my skin level. They are non dark in appearance and appear a color somewhere between a bright red and a tan (My Skin is Caucasian) , And are about 0.2 - 0.4mm ∅. I would say i have about 5 of these on my arm most of them being on the forearm. I don t know if this is related but i have a medical history of Grand Mal seizure s when i was a small child, But have not experienced such a thing in almost 20 years (I am 27) Thank you for your time.
