Suggest Treatment For Small Vessel Disease In The Brain

Hi my name is Julie, my question is I was diagnosed with small vessel diseases of the brain about 2years ago by neurologist,then I was told that my legs had very thin veins , I have had anterior uveitis , My blood vessels in my fingers use to come to the surface and burst if pressure was applied. I have got glaucoma , are these all linked please? I m 52 I have other medical problems as well thank for your time .
