Suggest Treatment For Small White Bumps On The Urethra

My 17 yo daughter has white pimple looking spots around and on the edge of her urethra. She thought she had a yeast infection and used a vag cream that did not work. It is itchy and painful. She has squeezed white pus that is hard not soft out of them. They are pencil sizes or smaller. She is not sexually active. Any idea debating going to her pediatrician or my ob to see her for this.

Hello dear
Understand your concern.
Exact diagnosis is made by examination so consult the gynecologist.

I think it is due to urethritis or cyst
Like: skene's duct cyst, Blocked hair follicle, Blocked sweat gland, Fordyce cyst, Molluscum contagium.

Advice:
Take bath with warm salted water
Apply warm pad compression
Wear pure cotton loose inner wear
Apply apple cider vinegar
Antibiotic: tinidazole + metro + flucanazole orally
Ointment clotrimazole plus hydrocortisone
Wipe area after urination
Tablet septran
Drink plenty of waters
Do not delay in empty the bladeer
Take fruits like orange, cranberry and papaya
Use safer sex practice

If not resolves
Consult the gynecologist and undergo test like
Pelvic examination
PCR, NAAT, and ELISA for infections
Cell culture of discharge
