Suggest Treatment For Sore And Bruised Thighs

I thought I had bruised my outer thigh because it s been sore to sit down or sleep on that side.I can t see any discoloration but I pushed deep into it today to try to rub out the soreness and I felt a small lump where the pain is coming from.It only hurts when I touch it and there s no swelling .
