Suggest Treatment For Sore And Swollen Vagina

Basically, I noticed that my vagina was becoming sore through out the day today, so I looked at it about half our hour ago and next to my right inner labia it is red and swollen, I am not sexually active so I was wondering if this could be a spider or bed bug bite?

This can be related to allergy or vulvovaginitis. You can do a cold compress and start with mild anti inflammatory pain killers for relief.
