Suggest Treatment For Sore Testicles After An Accident

My husband fell at work and slammed is right testical into a large truck part of some sort that they where working on.. immediatly he was dizzy and wanted to vomit and the whole thing dropped to his knees he came home it was bleeding but not to bad and VERY VERY sore to the touch and swollen.. is there anything to worry about down there with blunt trauma? thanks, The wifey

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that your husband has sustained injury to his testicles while on work which is swollen and sore to touch.

Please consult qualified General Surgeon for clinical examinaton and get following basic tests done to rule out any damage to testicles.
1`) Ultrasound Scanning of Scrotum .

he needs to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexine along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.

Hope this will get cured within a week.
