Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat And A Chesty Cough
hi, i had flu symptoms about 4 months ago, and when that cleared up i still had a sore throat and a chesty cough. over the past 2 months the chesty cough has got worse and worse, it s constant, and restricts me from doing anything too physical such as jogging. it s now unbearable, and hurts so bad. im female, 16, fairly tall, and a healthy size. help? :(
Cough may be due to allergic bronchitis or exercise induced asthma or due viral pharygitis. Use tablet monterleukast and levocetrizine once a day for five days. Use water vapour inhalation thrice a day for five days. Avoid cool drinks and ice creams.
If symptoms not improved please consult with your physician he will examine and take chest X-ray then treat you accordingly.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
