General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You may need to have a check with your doctor and rule out pneumonia (lung infection).
Common cold (a self-limiting viral infection) may also cause similar symptoms, but because you have these crackling in your lungs and feeling unwell it is best to make sure if pneumonia is present and if antibiotics are needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj,
