Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat And Cough

I have granular sized bumps on the roof of my mouth closer to the back. I have been off amoxicillan for almost a week now, because I had a sore throat and cough. I can only feel it when I run my tongue along the roof of my mouth towards the back area closest to my throat.

It is necessary consulting with an ENT specialist for a physical exam, in order to determine the nature of these bumps. A throat bacterial culture is necessary too.
