I have a soar throat which hurts really bad to the point where my left side is swollen more than the right and it hurts to even turn my head to the left, and I can t sleep on either side because it feels like I can t breathe. I have been gargling with warm salty water and have also tried a method where you apply a hot rag to your neck cover it for 5min then apply a cold rag to your neck and cover for 30 min.....do you have anything else I may be able to try because now I am starting to get tension headaches
