Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat And Tonsils

My throat is pretty sore. I ve got redness around tonsils and red veins in the back of my throat. I have sinus drainage as well. My throat severely hurts. I ve also been overusing my voice by singing for competitions and practicing. I ve noticed that singing makes it worse.

Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic.

I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that you are having recurrent episodes of sore throat.
My response to your question is as follows.

Since the sore throat is getting worse with singing, this indicates most probable chronic or acute on chronic laryngitis.
This requires treatment by the use of decongestants, anti-inflammatory drugs and antibiotics.

Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Hope this information is helpful to you.
Do write back to me for any further questions and I will be happy to answer and assist you.

Thank you
With regards
I find this answer helpful
