Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat And Vaginal Rashes With Discharge

I am 12 almost 13 years old, I am around 4 feet 10 inches. I have been to the doctor recently but for being sick, it wasn't anything but a sore throat. I have a rash on the inside of my vagina flaps. I have constant itching. I also have, vaginal discharge coming out. I am taking cheerleading, for 2 weeks straight. THis provides a lot of sweating. It stings when I try to pee and wipe myself. When I clean myself with Vagisil Anti-Itch Medicated wipes, and Vagisil Cream, it hurts and stings. Is there anything I can do, or take?
