Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Have you undergone endoscopy? What is the report says? Possible causes for your symptoms are:
1. Acute pharyngitis.
2. Sinusitis postnasal discharge.
3. Acid reflux.
4. Bronchitis.
Until the examination, it is difficult to say what it is. Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
