Hi,

Noted the history about your recurrent attacks in chronology as follows: sore throat on day 1, headache on second day, runny on third day, sweating on day 4, wants to know why no fever.
This chronology indicates that you have problem with allergy with its complications like Pharyngitis, sinusitis so headache, runny nose indicating the same and sweating as a reaction of the body towards the attack of allergy.
Since there is no infection hence no fever.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Take an antihistamine, nasal decongestant drops and see if this helps.
If this is not sufficient then it is better to consult an ENT Surgeon and get a clinical evaluation, ENT Endoscopy and CT scan of para-nasal sinuses.
Relevant tests of blood.
This will give the proper diagnosis and thus allow further management which may be in the form of oral and topical steroids, symptomatic and supportive treatment as and when needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, ENT and General Surgeon
