Suggest Treatment For Soreness And Swelling In The Rectal Opening

I came home last friday after having an op to take biospy from endometrial wall two days later had trouble passing water and seemed tphave a blockage inback passage I've since got rid of blockage and can now pass urine a lot better but the opening to the back passage seems loose and swollen and very sore all the other problem has gone its just the soreness and the swelling of the anus hole

- Analgesic tablet 3 times a day after meals .
