my upper arms have been really sore for about 3 days. today i got a bruise that is about 6 inches in length and about 3 inches wide it looks like someone tied a rope around my arm and i have been really tired and sick feeling. i also have a urinanry tract infection and i am swollen

Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms can be related to a urinary tract infection.

The bruise can be related to microtrauma.

I suggest using antibiotic medication to treat the urinary tract infection.

I recommend using Ciprofloxacin 500 mg twice a day for a week.

For the bruise you can use a vitamin K cream.
