I noticed soreness on top of my left foot a few weeks ago and about a week ago and about a week ago I noticed a red spot on the top of, my left foot. Still tender to the touch. Today I noticed on the same leg a soreness on my calve, especially when I walk. I am a little concerned.
You may need MRI of ankle and foot It is advisable to wear low heel shoe to maintain centre of gravity of whole body. Shoe/footwear should be with soft sole. You can use silicon pad insoles.
Take calcium supplement with vit D. Doppler study will help to rule out any vascular abnormality.
