General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It is due to minor genital inflammation.

As a first line management, you can apply low potency steroid creams like Betamethasone for symptomatic relief.

Generally, the symptoms will settle in a couple of days.

If persists better to consult a gynecologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
