Suggest Treatment For Spastic Esophagus With High Hgb

My husband 78 has a hx of brain surgery (subdural hematoma) -SIASH, Plural plaques, asbestosis related lung disease, cercival problems (fusion one time) - elevated potassium, low Hgb. low iron, weight loss, type 2 diabetes, spastic esophagus with dysphasia and some aspiration. Takes depakote to keep from having seizers

For spastic esophagus or diffuse esophageal spasm take Tab. Glyceryl trinitrate 2.6mg twice daily....he will be fine
