Suggest Treatment For Stabbing Pain Above The Eyebrow

hello i have had migraines for many many years due to a severe concussion i had from a car crash that i waited months to go in and get diagnosed as having and am prescribed (NORCO 10/325) for years now to combat the migraines but the past few hours i have had this severe stabbing pain like a bad localized migraine in the area above my right eyebrow and the norco isnt helping at all...what could have caused this or is usually the root of this area of the heads pain?
