What should I be doing to correct or help or not do/Ive been taking Nolalea to help fight inflamation Q-10 Vita C,VitaminD3 (Defeciente) Multi organic Vitamin water .walking about 15 min each morning (cool) steps realy hurt my legs (6) up to my deck, then Im done in out of breath BP 145/75 at that time then 45min later its down to 115/60 What should I do ? Dr hasnt given me anything to /not to do yet this has been going on for about a month
