Suggest Treatment For Stiff Penis Skin

Dear sir my self PATHI from Andhrapradesh (India) I am 29 year old Good health,Height 5.4'', weight 62, i am single ,1) I have One side hernia(Right) since last 10 years, 2) i have another problem with Hernia , when my hernia is Small no problem,when my hernia is Big i have urinary problem(I have a feeling some urine in penis), and another problem on my penis skin is not moving freely , my penis required Surgery (SUNTHI) What is the right treatment for these Problems?

Thanks for query.
You have Rt inguinal hernia with inability to retract foreskin over glans penis
completely(Phimosis)

The pain while passing urine and increase in hernial sac is likely to be due to what is termed as Sliding hernia with its contents being a urinary bladder .

You need to get Ultrasound Scanning of abdomen to confirm the diagnosis .

Please note that the only treatment option for both these conditions is to undergo surgery of Hernia repair and Circumcision

Please consult qualified General Surgeon for clinical examination and further treatment.
