Thank you for posting your query. discomfort in a child during defecation advice is : -warm water intake (boiled water) -include fresh orange and pear in diet - avoid COLD milk and yogurt -try switching to another formula (if using powder milk) -cooked soup or noodles (ofcourse NOT hot BUT warm maybe ingested) - pediatric colic drops maybe used - green tea intake is adviced hope the bowel movement would be normal. any further questions are welcomed. hope to answer your concern.
