Suggest Treatment For Stomach Ache And Vomiting In A Child

Hi! my 2 years and 1month old son was confined to hospital because he was vomitting and telling that his stomach aching..doctors advice to test the CBC, ultrasound and his Urinalysis but the result was all negative exept his hemoglobin which was 90% percent. i was really worried about this what should i do?
