Suggest Treatment For Stomach Ache With Breathlessness

I have this weird pain somewhere in my stomach. It started in the upper part but it also hurts lower now. When I lay down it gets worse, so much that I almost cant breathe. If Im standing up it eventually goes away. My stomach is a little bit bloated, just a bit. When I press it, it hurts in a weird way.

Hello,

The raised intra-abdominal pressure leads to dyspnea due to pressure on diaphragm. It may be flatus, feces, fetus, fat and fluid.

Pain in abdomen can be due to gastritis or Irritable Bowel syndrome or infection or food intolerance et cetera.

Avoid smoking, caffeine drinks and alcohol. If Symptoms not improved, then please consult your doctor so that he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
