Suggest Treatment For Stomach Ache,diarrhea And Gas Formation
severe diarrhea yesterday, horrendous stomach cramps, headaches, nauseous - retching but not vomiting. stomach is rock hard, chills, goosebumps. That was yesterday, today I don't feel as bad, however I have zero appetite (which is not like me at all), and I still have diarrhea, gas, and a tender belly :(

I really appreciate your concern, the symptoms of diarrhea sick feel could be due to infection and it is the transient condition then no need to have any specific treatment but diet restriction alone would give best result, and if symptoms does not improved then it can be managed with single dose of Tab Sacnidazole 1 g for abdomen pain, Dicyclomine can be tried hope this information helps.
