Suggest Treatment For Stomach Ache,fainting And Diarrhea

Well, i woke up today and had really bad pains in stomach, so i tried to go to the toilet but there was nothing, so i thought i got some paracetamol for the pain, in the space of about 2 minutes i started to get really faint, and got bad cold sweats, i lay down on the floor because i felt like i was about to pass out and then when i got up, i felt really weak like i could barley walk, i then felt nauseous and was eventually sick, after 5 minutes or so i went to the toilet again, i had light diarrhea, after then i thought the best thing was to lay in bed, so i tried to sleep it off, and eventually fell asleep, when i woke it i felt fine, but this all happened in the space of half an hour and i felt so awful, i just wanted to know could you tell me what may have triggered this?

The given symptoms of abdomen pain, discomfort, sick feeling, could be due to dyspepsia ( It is the sluggish digestive function or dysfunction) food may the cause of it which you must have taken prior to some hours the symptoms occur, most of the time it comes around on its own like happened in your case but some time diarrhea and vomiting are there, in differential thinking it could be infection or food allergy.
