Suggest Treatment For Stomach Bloating And Diarrhea

My boyfriend since I have met him has always had terrible stomach problems & he is to the point where he cannot take it anymore, it is controlling his life & is absolutely miserable. He has gone to numerous Drs, had every possible test done, had a CT scan, a colonoscopy done & everything has came back normal according to the Drs. I thought he had IBS, he has tried everything possible nothing is curing him. His symptoms are upset stomach, urgency, diarrhea etc. I don t know what to do to help him & I am starting to feel awful for him & so helpless.

Dear madam,
Has your boyfriend undergone gastroscopy ? Also he should check himself for a bacteria called Hellycobacter Pilory which may cause such symptoms! Is the pain getting better after meal because this may lead us in direction of duodenal or stomach ulcer !
