Suggest Treatment For Stomach Bloating And Diarrhea

Hi, I ve had a dull to sometimes severe pain in my left side on and off for 18 months. I had a colonoscopy about 12 months ago which appeared fine. However, the pain has in the past month become more frequent and consistent, and is accompanied by sudden bouts of bloating, wind, cramps and diarrhea at least twice a week.

Dear,one possibility of a normal colonoscopy with your symptoms is irritable bowel syndrome. This is typically with bloating sensation, diarrhea,cramps, sometimes with constipation and with normal colonoscopy. It is accompanied with mood changes, sometimes depression. I will recommend to do diet modification, avoid fast food, eat more fiber,low fat diet and plenty of water.Avoid soda drinks too.
