Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

All these symptoms of abdominal pain or chest pain and bloating could be due to stomach upset.

Stomach upset and bloating is likely due to gastroenteritis or irritable bowel syndrome or acute gastritis but here there is no need to worry as they are not serious and can be cured by medications and diet.

Yes,through natural remedies, dietary restrictions and some medications will cure your problem but before that you need to be diagnosed first.

So,you should go for routine blood tests,ESR,urine and stool examination with ultrasound abdomen if not done previously.

Meanwhile, you should take antacids (pantoprazole),gelucil liquid and unienzyme available over the counter with antibiotics (ofloxacin with ornidazole) and symptomatic treatment.

Your nearby GP may prescribe it.

Avoid oily, spicy and non-veg foods for at least 3 to 5 days and must not take alcohol.

You will feel better within 3 to 5 days of this medications.

If symptoms persists then see gastroenterologist who may advice you upper GI endoscopy and will give you further advice accordingly.
