Suggest Treatment For Stomach Bloating, Loose Motion And Pain In Solar Pelix Region

I am a girl 23 years old. for the last 6 months, I have had problems of hyper acid. I took many antacids but did not help. My doctoe did an endoscopy and diagnosed me for GERD. he prescribed PANTOCID. it helped for the first few dys. even after taking it for 3 weeks, i get bloating of stomach, loose motions and pain in solar pelix region

Appreciate your concern, the given history could be suggestive of some infection and it could be H.Pylori it has to be ruled out or it can be managed on tentative basis, if I would be doctor of this case then I would try the antibiotic or the complete regime of H Pylori that includes the Amoxicillin, Clarithromycine, Levofloxacine, Lanzoprazole these for 5 days it is trail therapy, second condition can be try with other PPI (Proton pump inhibitor) like Omeprazole 40 mg with Domperidone 10 mg once in day and it has to be taken at evening time and needs to be continued for 6 weeks, along with that great care need to be taken for diet, anxiety and depression, try to avoid spicy oily food, aerated drinks, smoking, alcohol, junk food, have more alkali food like leafy vegetables, hope this information helps.
