Suggest Treatment For Stomach Cramps And Hard Stools

I have had bowel issues for some years, since my first emcs 9yrs ago (3 emcs in total). mt stools are always runny or very rarely very hard, I get pain before during and after either a peroid like stomach cramp or a ripping pain in my scar, I researched into celiac but I am not sure as some foods containing gluten don t effect me, where as some foods do I cannot seem to pin down any particular food that effects me appart from kfc which makes me ill 10 mins after eating!! I also have what looks like psoriasis on my face and body and arthritis symptoms in my wrists elbows and hips! I am 29 and I smoke less than ten half strength cigarettes a day, could all my symptoms be connected or am I just falling apart!? My Mother and grandmother also have similar bowel symptoms my grandmother cannot eat anything nearly I don t want to end up like that!!
