Suggest Treatment For Stomach Cramps And Nausea

For the past four days, I have had stomach cramps and some nausea, in the last 2 days, I have had bouts of vomiting, 6 or 7 yesterday - and 2 today. I had spoken to my PCP who said I had a stomach bug, no medication was recommended. The vomiting comes suddenly, no buildup to it. Please could you recommend something that I could take to relieve this feeling, something that I could obtain over the counter at the pharmacy?? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post, I would suggest that you can take an antacid like Omeprazole 40mg once a day before meals along with Domperidone 30mg for relief. A clinical examination and investigation by your doctor will help in planning further medical management.
I hope this is helpful to you. Thanks.
