Suggest Treatment For Stomach Discomfort And Blood In Stools

I am 39 year old male. I have been shitting blood for 3 days. I have sudden erges to use the restroom. Everytime I eat I have to go and for the most part it is just liquid and blood. Last week my stool was green and loose. I do have an uncomfy stomach. I have been going like 6 or more times a day.

Hello,

As there is alteration inconsistency of stool with blood, most possible the reason underlying here is intestine infection; if ruled out, then comes other possibilities. In our clinic we suggest
- Basic hydration maintenance with more liquids.
- Dietary measures for a bland diet.
- As per the frequency and blood content, necessary GI antibiotics with rifaximin, antidiarrheal racecadotril, proton pump inhibitors as omeprazole are required to get a prescription from your doctor.
- Lifestyle modifications play a major role.
