Suggest Treatment For Stomach Discomfort And Loose Stools.

I started experiencing chest pains in a month now and this time started feel ice cold in my chest, i have been in alot of strest because i dont trust my wife, so many times i think of dying and it stresses me much, at the same time i do experience stomach discomfort and lose stool.
Please help me

For loose stools take Imodium and for stomach pain take Omeprazol and an antacid before every meal.
