Suggest Treatment For Stomach Gas Formation And Abdominal Pain

As per the job profile, I have to sit in front of the computer for long time and this creates formation of gas and acidity. Even though I take extra care for my food items like homely flood, less spicy, less oily etc. sometimes the chest / abdomen pain is unbearable. Kindly give a solution for this.

Thank you very much for contacting healthcare magic.

Because of long time sitting without body motion may cause acidity problems.
Inbetwern your work you have to walk and be active.

Avoid gaseous foods like cabbage, cauliflower, onion etc.....
Avoid spicy foods and oily foods.
Ginger or garlic can use for gas relief and proper digestion.

Avoid alcohol drinking and smoking.
Eat fresh fruits and green vegetables..
Drink more water.

Eat high fibers foods like broccoli, whole grains, black beans .....etc...

Do exercise more than 30 minutes.
Antacids can take if severe acidity problem.

After taking this much care still symptoms are present than you have to meet phdician for diagnosis.
