Because of long time sitting without body motion may cause acidity problems.
Inbetwern your work you have to walk and be active.
Avoid gaseous foods like cabbage, cauliflower, onion etc.....
Avoid spicy foods and oily foods.
Ginger or garlic can use for gas relief and proper digestion.
Avoid alcohol drinking and
smoking.
Eat fresh fruits and green vegetables..
Drink more water.
Eat high fibers foods like broccoli, whole grains, black beans .....etc...
Do exercise more than 30 minutes.
Antacids can take if severe acidity problem.
